TO SURPRISE AERIE 4534 MEMBERS - ONLY:
The Surprise Aerie 4534 will hold it's 2016-2017 election on Tuesday, May 10, 2016. The voting polls will be opened from 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The Aerie Officers will hold their Officers meeting at 7:00 p.m., and the general meeting will immediately follow.
Only members in good standing can vote - no absentee ballots or write-in candidates are allowed pursuant to the Grand Aerie Constitution and Statutes Section 91.1.
Only one position is up for vote, and that is:
1. Worthy President - (candidates are Jody Bloss and Jan Hawthorne).
If you want to vote, you MUST have your current Surprise 4534 membership card with you - if you do not have your Surprise membership card with you, you will not be able to vote.
Also, the voting polls will close promptly at 6:30 p.m.
