JANUARY 17, 2026, Fellow Surprise Aerie #4534 Aerie Members. Weeks have passed since we had to shut our doors in Surprise to anxiously await our re-opening at our New Location at 10050 W. Bell Road, Sun City AZ, Units 48 & 49. The Aerie Officers have been working closely with the Contractor that is building out the inside of our new Aerie, and he is doing an amazing job, there has been a revision required to our Architectural drawings that the County wanted changed, that has been done and we are anxiously awaiting the County to approve them so we can get to the fun part of this project . Although this has set us back a few weeks, we are still here, available to you should you have any questions as to the progress. I understand there are lots of story tellers out there, so for accurate information please reach out to an officer or myself. With the new AERIE comes a NEW Liquor license that relies on the above to be issued, so we have , as they say, a lot of balls in the air, at the moment. I will make it a point to update this area of the web site and also have our Aerie Secretary send out THE SAME information in a weekly update, via email. We have a fellow Eagles Member that has graciously offered up trucks for our use once we can move furniture into the new space, as well as numerous offers for assistance with that move that we are so thankful for, and will accept once we have a move in date. That information will all be given to you as we move forward from today, so please keep your eyes tuned to this web site and your email. I am looking so forward to when we can all be back together in our new Aerie, until then, reach out if you need something, we will do our best to help, give back, because our fellow humans sometimes can use the help, be kind, to yourself and others, and remember “We are only as strong as we are united, and as weak as we are divided” (J.K.
