To Surprise Aerie #4534 YELLOW card members,
This is a follow-up to the Nomination Meeting email sent out on March 14, 2026. Tuesday, April 28, is our nomination meeting for nine open Officer positions. Please refer to your March 14 email for the list of open positions and the procedure if you are interested in taking one of those open positions. Aerie members are needed to take over Officer positions to keep our club going. We will meet in our former Surprise building in the meeting room. There will be an Officers meeting at 6:00pm and the regular general meeting will start promptly at 6:30pm. Only Surprise Aerie #4534 members with a YELLOW membership card will be allowed to come into the building and attend the meeting. We are not open for regular business, so please come in through the side patio door. We'll have you wait on the patio until you are called to the meeting room. No one will be allowed to wait in the bar area as there are many boxes and equipment on tables and around tables, and we don't want anyone to get injured. Our new Sun City mailbox is now operational. If you would like to mail your Aerie dues (YELLOW CARD) without waiting to receive your dues invoice, this is the procedure:

Dear Members of Aerie #4534, We’re excited to share that construction at our new Aerie continues to move forward right on track with our expectations. Each week brings another small but meaningful step toward opening the doors to our new home, and the momentum is truly building. While we’re keeping the exact timeline flexible, everything is progressing just the way we hoped. As we continue this journey together, we want to keep our Aerie spirit strong. We will be holding our regular Aerie meetings on May 12th and May 26th at our usual time of 6:30 PM. The meeting location will be announced shortly, but we encourage every member to join us, stay connected, and keep the excitement going as we move closer to opening day.
