Although the Surprise Eagles is a young club, we have been hard at work helping others in the community and beyond.  We strive to uphold the values of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in the continuing effort to lessen the ills of humankind and to fulfill our motto, "People Helping People".

Soldier’s Best Friend provides U.S. military veterans living with combat-related Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) with Service or Therapeutic Companion Dogs, most of which are rescued from local shelters. The veteran and dog train together to build a trusting relationship that saves two lives at once and inspires countless others.  https://soldiersbestfriend.org

Honor House was founded by Brian Mancini who served two tours in Iraq as a Combat Medic. He was seriously wounded in 2007. He recognized that Veterans dealing with PTS/TBI and other injuries needed more than just traditional medicine. He founded the Honor House, which received its 501C3 in 2012. Brian passed away in 2017, but his legacy lives on providing the help and healing our Veterans need.
